St. Mary's College RFC Annual General Meeting 2020/2021

Wednesday 30th June 2021 @7pm

Dear Member,

Please find below the notice for the online Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held at 7.00pm on Wednesday the 30th June 2021. Due to COVID restrictions, it is not possible to hold the AGM in the usual manner. 

The Zoom meeting can accommodate up to 100 members by video conference. You can register for the AGM by emailing honsec@smcrfc.com and the access details will be sent to members confirmed to be in good standing on Wednesday the 30th June 2021.

Registration for the AGM will close at 5PM on Monday the 28th June 2021. You are also invited to send any questions to the Honorary Secretary in advance of the meeting as this may be difficult via Zoom due to large numbers expected to be in attendance.
