St. Mary's College RFC Resumption of Annual General Meeting 2019/2020

Dear Member,

Please find attached the notice for the resumption, ONLINE of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Season 2019/2020 to be held at 6.30 pm on Wednesday the 28th April 2021. Due to continuing COVID restrictions, it is not possible to hold the remaining items of the of AGM in the manner desired. Therefore, the meeting is being held online via Zoom. 

The Zoom meeting can accommodate up to 100 members by video conference. You can register for the AGM by emailing  honsec@smcrfc.com the access details will be sent to you on Wednesday the 28th April 2021. Registration for the AGM will close at 5PM on Tuesday the 27th of April 2021. You are also invited to send any questions to the Honorary Secretary in advance and by Friday 23rd April 2021 at 5pm.

These are the roles for election at the resumption of the AGM:
1  Election of Club Chairperson
2  Election of Six Ordinary Members to the Executive Committee

As per the club rules, members in good standing can be nominated for any of these roles. Nominations with the proposers and seconders names, who must also be in good standing, must be sent to the Honorary Secretary on the following email address, honsec@smcrfc.com by 5pm Friday 23rd April 2021. In the unlikely event of more than one person or persons are nominated for a role, a vote will be required which will be facilitated via the Zoom platform.
